Our mission

Mildmay USA exists to connect U.S. generosity with locally led health and community programs in Kenya, expanding access to care, strengthening health systems, and creating lasting impact through responsible stewardship and partnership.

Impact story

For more than two decades, Mildmay has worked alongside communities across Kenya to strengthen healthcare, support families, equip local leaders, and expand opportunity. Mildmay USA was created to build a bridge between that locally led work and people, churches, companies, universities, foundations, and healthcare leaders in the United States who want their generosity to create meaningful and sustainable impact. A generous gift of $100 to Mildmay USA helps provide critical access to medical supplies aimed at curbing the spread of HIV and Tuberculosis among mothers, infants, and children.
