Make your company’s generosity count.
Corporate giving to verified 501(c)(3) charities, with the records, reporting, and accountability your accountant actually wants. Free for your business, and donors typically cover the small platform fees so up to 100% of every gift reaches the cause.
How corporate giving works at tax time
Giving through Jubily is treated exactly like giving directly to the charity. Funds route from your card through Stripe directly into the charity’s own bank account so Jubily never custodies your money. The charity is the legal recipient and issues the formal tax-substantiation letter.
The rules changed for 2026. Under the OBBBA, corporate charitable contributions are deductible only to the extent they exceed 1% of taxable income, and are capped at 10%. What you can’t deduct this year, whether it falls under the floor or above the cap, can generally be carried forward for up to five years.
Treatment depends on your entity type:
- C-corporations deduct contributions above 1% of taxable income, up to a 10% ceiling, with five-year carryforward for the rest.
- S-corporations, LLCs, and partnershipspass charitable deductions through to owners’ personal returns, where the individual rules apply, including the new 0.5% of AGI floor for anyone who itemizes.
- Sole proprietors deduct on their personal Schedule A, under those same individual rules.
The practical effect: scattered small gifts spread across the year are the pattern most likely to land under the floor. The same total, given with some intention behind it, clears it.

Built for corporate giving
Every gift record includes the charity's EIN, your business name, your EIN if provided, the amount, and the date. The charity issues your formal tax acknowledgment.
A single, printable statement summarizing every gift your business made through Jubily in a tax year, perfect for your accountant or audit prep.
Set up monthly giving to charities you care about. Predictable for the charity, predictable for your books.
Tag each donation with your PO number or internal reference for cleaner accounting reconciliation.
Every charity on Jubily is cross-checked against IRS Pub 78 and ProPublica records before approval. We never list orgs that aren't in good standing.
How the money — and the receipt — actually move
- You give through Jubily and (optionally) cover the small fees so 100% reaches the cause.
- Stripe processes the charge and routes it directly into the charity’s bank account.
- You receive a detailed record of the gift by email within seconds.
- The charity issues your formal tax acknowledgment through their own donor system. For any single gift of $250 or more, that letter is the document the IRS asks for.
- At year end, you can pull a single Jubily giving statement covering every donation.
